Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in a student home, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role; compensation includes per-person salary with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, requiring a two-person married couple with high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and involvement in a faith-based environment.
