House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent couple needed for on-campus residential program at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents live in student homes with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of daily devotions and Sunday chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, budgeting and reporting, and engaging in development and recreational activities with students. The role begins as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. This is a two-person, married-couple position requiring both spouses to apply individually.
