Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home, residing with a group of about 8–13 students to provide supervision, mentorship, and support; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel, planning developmental and recreational activities, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older; relocation assistance is provided and the role includes comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapels
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- On-campus housing and supervision duties
- Relocation assistance provided
