House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents are a two-person married couple living on campus in a student home, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and facilitation of student routines for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid drivers license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty, pet restrictions, and demonstration of integrity and professionalism.
