House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role advances from a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid training, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
