Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Married couple lives on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation package included; comprehensive benefits and paid training provided. Requires high school diploma or GED and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proselytizing prohibited during duties
