House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee household budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Relocation includes housing and comprehensive benefits; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with alcohol prohibited while on duty. Both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
