House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, student transportation, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation package and comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, retirement, paid training, and housing/utility coverage). Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
