Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and budgeting. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational programs, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Operate under a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group. Requires a legally married couple, both 27+, with youth experience, valid driver's licenses, and high school diplomas. Includes relocation assistance, free housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
