Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship while managing household routines and student schedules for a group of 8–13 students. Administer medications, ensure wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. This two-person role requires married couples (27+ years old) to reside in on-campus homes, supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
