Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead daily devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel, while overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After an initial period supporting various homes, transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with a specific group of students. This two-person position requires a legally married couple, both 27 or older, with a valid driver's license and experience working with youth. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
