House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and chapel services. Plan recreational activities and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. This two-person role requires a legally married couple (both 27+ years old) to reside in the home, transition to a Placed Houseparent position, and maintain a smoke-free, alcohol-free environment.
