Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, including daily devotions and trips to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time on weekdays. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
