Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel visits. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires couples legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older and holding a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and ability to operate student home vans are mandatory. The position includes a salary of $46,917 per person, free housing, meals, utilities, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
