House Parent

Supervise after-school activities and manage household responsibilities while fostering a sense of community for students in a residential school setting. Support daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development by modeling positive values and life skills. Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to maintain a safe, nurturing home environment. Live on campus to provide continuous guidance and companionship, helping students develop compassion, organization, and a commitment to diversity. This role is central to Milton Hershey School's mission of creating lasting impacts on children's lives through dedicated, day-to-day care and mentorship.
