Supervise after-school activities and manage household responsibilities while fostering a sense of community for students in a residential school setting. Support daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development by modeling positive values and life skills. Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to ensure a safe, nurturing home environment. Live on campus to directly impact children's lives through compassion, organization, and a commitment to diversity and personal growth within the Milton Hershey School community.
