Job Summary
Supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, and foster a sense of community for students in a residential setting. Collaborate with educators and support staff to support students' daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment. This role is dedicated to supporting students' personal growth and making a lasting impact on children's lives within the Milton Hershey School community.
