Supervise after-school activities and manage household responsibilities while fostering a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Collaborate with educators and support staff to support students' daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Model positive values and life skills to help students develop a sense of community. Live on campus to make a lasting impact on children's lives within the residential school setting.
