Job Summary
House Manager provides on-site oversight for clients in a residential program, delivering direct clinical services to support independent living skills, crisis and medication management, and symptom management. Responsibilities include case management, motivational interviewing, de-escalation and crisis intervention, collaboration with Team Leader and Manager, documentation for Medicaid/CARF/HUD compliance, assisting with entitlements, budgeting support, and facilitating groups and activities to promote housing stability and recovery. Requires engagement with clients, trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches, and coordination with nursing/providers and Trilogy staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
