Job Summary
On-site House Manager coordinating the daily operations of a recovery residence. Acts as liaison between residents and clinical/program staff to maintain a safe, recovery-focused living environment. Provides oversight of household activities, ensures rule compliance and resident safety, supervises residents, conducts orientation, reports maintenance needs, and supports resident participation in treatment, education, employment, and community engagement. Maintains professional relationships with staff and community partners, conducts incident reporting, and ensures privacy and HIPAA compliance while upholding program policies. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
- Experience with managing a facility that houses a SUD or mental health population
- Experience with SUD and mental health terminology and clientele
- Must demonstrate superior problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to effectively de-escalate individuals/situations
- Must demonstrate excellent listening skills
