Job Summary
House Manager responsible for maintaining an organized, proactive household routine in a busy family setting. Key duties include managing the morning routine, waking kids, preparing breakfasts and school lunches, school drop-offs, packing and organizing backpacks, daily household resets, deep cleaning of high-traffic areas and bathrooms, creating and maintaining organization systems, seasonal wardrobe swaps, event/guest preparation, family travel prep, meal planning and prep (five grab-and-go lunches per week and three dinners per week), grocery shopping and kitchen maintenance, inventory and restocking of pantry essentials, errands (returns, dry cleaning, donation drop-offs), laundry and linen care, pet care for two French Bulldogs (daily outdoor time, dog walks, grooming coordination), vehicle maintenance (weekly car reset), occasional seasonal deep cleans, humidifier/air purifier maintenance, and tackling deep cleaning or organizational projects when the family is away. Requires CPR/First Aid certification (preferred), reliable transportation, and a smoke-free environment. The role is part-time with mornings and weekday coverage, plus occasional evenings or weekends flexibility, start ASAP, and includes a background check.
