Job Summary
Manage household and personal calendars, provide weekly executive briefings, and track credentialing deadlines and healthcare appointments. Coordinate travel logistics, childcare schedules, and specialized outdoor gear maintenance. Execute vegan meal plans, shop groceries, and maintain a clean kitchen while handling daily tidying, trash management, and seasonal maintenance tasks. Oversee snow removal, vendor coordination for repairs, and property visits for the mountain home. Feed and walk dogs, administer medications, and schedule veterinary appointments. Ensure the vehicle remains fueled, clean, and organized. Provide light backup childcare in emergencies and assist with family errands.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Fully vaccinated (all CDC-recommended vaccines, including COVID-19 and flu)
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon employment
- Willingness to avoid fragranced products while working
- Comfort working in a diverse, inclusive, and nontraditional household
- Exceptional organization
- Self-directed ability to operate several steps ahead without a to-do list
- Ability to create and execute a to-do list independently
