House Manager (Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 4:00PM)

Responsible for the overall operation of one or several residential sites, for providing leadership and job training for Residential Counselors, for coordinating consumers benefits & services and for providing direct services to consumers living at the site(s). Essential functions include hiring, managing and evaluating staff; coordinating schedules and substitute coverage; ensuring staff training and core competencies; maintaining required documentation compliant with state and federal regulations; applying Principles of Wellness and Recovery; aligning staff with consumer goals on the Recovery Plan; organizing monthly staff meetings; delivering direct service and support to consumers; overseeing residence expenditures and petty cash; maintaining inventories of household and food supplies and coordinating repairs; and overseeing consumer accounts as representative payee in accordance with Social Security requirements.
