Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the assigned recovery residence and provide supervision, mentorship, and accountability to residents while ensuring a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. Maintain house rules, manage documentation and medication tracking, conduct drug and alcohol screenings, coordinate transportation, and support participants’ recovery activities. Must reside in the assigned residence during designated overnight supervision hours and lead weekly house meetings and program activities in alignment with NCDHHS and state behavioral health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education and Experience: Read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions; prior experience in recovery support, behavioral health, residential services; recovery-oriented mentoring; ability to supervise and maintain program compliance
