Maintain a consistent overnight residential presence in the home to deter prohibited conduct and ensure a safe, alcohol/drug-free environment. Administer and document random, observed urinalysis screenings while building positive relationships with residents to foster trust and accountability. Provide timely crisis response and intervention, including overdose reversal, conflict mediation, and de-escalation strategies. Conduct weekly house meetings to support community building and oversee household operations, including property upkeep, inventory management, and minor repairs. Observe and report resident behavior and incidents promptly to staff. This live-in, part-time role supports male identifying residents in a recovery-focused group living environment, promoting harm reduction and trauma-informed care through daily interactions and collaboration with BTC staff and community partners.
