Job Summary
Assists with daily operations at the residential home for individuals we support, including staffing oversight, scheduling, coaching, disciplinary actions, and training; ensures medical appointments are coordinated, care plans are implemented, and documentation/compliance are maintained. Responsibilities include interviewing/training Direct Support Professionals, managing staff schedules, conducting team meetings, supporting medical and nursing collaboration, administering medications per eMAR, maintaining Mandt System proficiency, facilitating required trainings (CPR/First Aid, MTTP), and driving individuals as needed. Requires a High School Diploma (AA/BA preferred), 1+ year supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. May be assigned to other locations as needed; duties may include personal care support and administrative tasks. A strong focus on person-centered and behavior support planning, safety, and professional relationships with supported individuals, families, and advocates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of supervisory or peer training
- Must have current Driver’s License and be willing/able to drive individuals to appointments and activities
