Job Summary
House Manager responsible for overseeing a safe, nurturing home for mothers and babies, managing household tasks, providing childcare and transportation, supporting participants toward personal goals, teaching life skills and parenting education, resolving conflicts, staying trained as a Real Alternatives counselor, collecting data for reports, and writing daily notes for each participant while upholding the program’s mission and policies.
