House Manager & Family Assistant

Provide after-school supervision for three children (ages 5, 7, and 9) and support the family with household logistics. Responsibilities include meeting children at the bus stop, transporting them to activities using your own vehicle, preparing backpacks and snacks, running kid-related errands, packing/unpacking for travel, and creating/maintaining household organization systems. Perform light cleaning (dishes, surfaces, vacuuming), seasonal wardrobe swaps, donation drop-offs, and occasional deep cleaning tasks. Assist with restocking pantry and household supplies, meal support (preparing dinner 2 nights per week and batch cooking proteins), prep of fruits/vegetables, packing school lunches, kitchen cleanup, and maintaining laundry areas. Maintain tidy, well-stocked spaces; manage inventories; handle returns and dry cleaning; support with gift shopping. Requires initiative, reliability, strong communication, adaptability, and a calm, collaborative approach with the family. Must be able to drive children to activities using your own vehicle and have a clean driving record. Background check required.
