Job Summary
House Manager and Elder Care Coordinator to supervise caregiving staff and coordinate care for an elderly, bedridden father in Ghaziabad. Responsibilities include coordinating GDAs, physiotherapist, and speech therapist; ensuring therapy schedules, maintaining a daily health diary with vitals and medications; overseeing remote patient monitoring and cloud record uploads; accompanying hospital visits and arranging ambulance services; managing medication inventory and vendor payments; providing daily family updates via WhatsApp and weekly video calls; overseeing housekeeping and nutrition aligned with dietary needs; managing household finances and staff salaries; ensuring safety, privacy, and dignified care. Requires 3-5+ years in household/elder care coordination or healthcare administration, staff supervision (3-4 people), fluency in Hindi (and English for family communication), strong organizational skills, calmness under pressure, and willingness to live-in or be on-call. Tech-savvy with basic expense apps, WhatsApp, and video calls; background verification and valid ID required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in household management, elder care coordination, or healthcare administration
- Experience managing staff (minimum 3-4 people)
- Experience with post-stroke or bedridden patient care strongly preferred
- Fluent in Hindi; conversational English required for family communication
- Comfortable with technology: WhatsApp, video calls, basic spreadsheets or expense apps
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with good judgment in emergencies
- Ability to be firm but respectful with staff and vendors
- Willing to live-in or be available on-call for emergencies
- Valid ID; willing to undergo background verification
