Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes, including developing and maintaining Individual Service Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and Individualized Program Plans. Manage household and individual budgets while providing thorough on-site orientation to new staff and directly training employees in program implementation. Conduct employee evaluations, investigations, and disciplinary actions as needed, and schedule team meetings to lead operations. This role requires daily on-site presence in Janesville, WI, with typical Monday through Friday hours and an on-call rotation including weekends and odd hours. A Bachelor's degree and two years of supervisory experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
- A minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience, including hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
- At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
- Experience with mental health
- A successful background clearance
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
