House Manager (Dubai, Moscow, the Maldives)

Job Summary
Lead and manage a large team of household staff including housekeepers, maintenance, nannies, drivers, and laundry personnel across multiple estates in London, Moscow, Dubai, and the Maldives. Coordinate with the Head Butler, Under Butlers, and Executive Chefs to organize large parties and ensure seamless operations for Principals residing in central London and Moscow. Implement annual staff appraisals, provide training, and maintain strict budget control while upholding high standards of etiquette and cultural awareness. The role requires a minimum of five years' experience managing junior and senior staff, with hospitality or Royal Palace experience preferred. Candidates must be tech-savvy, fluent in English, and comfortable working on yachts. A Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree is required. Start date is April 2020.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lead & manage a large team of household staff within fully-staffed homes (housekeepers, maintenance teams, nannies, drivers, laundry staff etc. The 2 residential tutorals aready in place shall continue to directly report to the Principals)
- VIP experience
- Able to manage finances & budget control
- Emphasis shall be put on etiquette and good manners, at all times, with both the household staff & the 3 small children in residence
- Cultural awareness
- Implementing annual staff appraisals
- Providing training and / or sourcing any relevant providers
- Proven organisation skills liaising with the Principals' multiple estates spanning over London, Moscow & Dubai
- Able to work well with the Head Butler, Under Butlers & Executive Chefs in residence to organise large parties
- Hospitality or Palace experience
- Connoisseurs of French haute cuisine
- Great problem-solving skills
- Multitasking in a calm manner
- Au fait with modern devices (security devices - training will be provided) & tech savvy
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or MBA
- Languages skills: perfect and spotless professional English-speaking skills, allowing candidates to interact with UHNW and any other third parties, on behalf of the Principals
- Speaking another European language
- Must be child-friendly: able to naturally engage with the children in residence
- Comfortable working on a yacht for long stretches of time (i.e. holiday...)

- Clean driving licence

- Candidates must be able to travel at short notice
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate longevity in their previous roles
