House Manager - Community Services Program

Job Summary
The House Manager will lead the overall management of the living unit, overseeing and mentoring direct care staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans for individuals. Responsibilities include hiring staff, training, and scheduling, as well as maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements. The manager will engage staff and individuals in treatment activities, manage budgets, oversee medication procedures, and liaise with families and treatment teams. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a culturally diverse environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HS Diploma
- At least 2 years of related supervisory experience
- Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to complete all training, including Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP)
- Ability to perform a physical restraint
- Willingness to respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population
