Job Summary
The House Manager will lead the overall management of the living unit, supervising and mentoring direct care staff, ensuring treatment plans are implemented, managing budgets, and facilitating staff training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HS Diploma with at least 2 years of related supervisory experience
- Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to complete all training, including Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP)
