Job Summary
Supervise clinical case management and delivery of care coordination services for adults with substance abuse histories, including specialized needs. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for sanctions, employment barriers, and access to specialized resources like mental health and veteran services. Engage in community outreach for client enrollment, facilitate job training and placement, and ensure accurate treatment plan delivery. Act as the primary facility supervisor in the absence of the Site Director or Clinical Coordinator, while participating in weekly case conferences and developing clinical programming. Adhere to agency protocols for equipment security and maintain multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of experience in substance abuse setting
- Experience providing clinical supervision on a residential setting
- Extensive knowledge of community resources available to clients who are diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, chronic medical conditions, and veterans
- Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams that achieve program objectives
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary team
- Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning
Desired Qualifications
- CASAC, CASAC-T, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or higher preferred
