Instruct residents on household tasks like cleaning and cooking while arranging transportation and managing bank accounts and expenditures. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and day programs to review medical status and integrate services, ensuring all care is administered safely and accurately. Conduct interviews with the Program Coordinator to hire qualified candidates and maintain appropriate personnel records. Perform direct support duties as needed and ensure staff adhere to safety procedures and background check requirements.
