Job Summary
Program Level Program Manager responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals, staffing, and budget for the home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Manage interview/hiring, scheduling, and ensure adequate staffing; perform personal care tasks; collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans; monitor operations and budget, provide feedback across shifts, handle training and performance reviews, and provide after-hours/on-call coverage. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, hold a High School diploma or GED, have 4 years of relevant experience, possess a valid driver’s license and automotive insurance, and maintain OSBI clearance. Located in Sapulpa and Tulsa, OK; in-person role with standard care operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required
- 4 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
