Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day residential program operations for adults with autism and developmental disabilities, supervising Assistant Program Coordinators and Direct Care staff. Serve as a role model while assisting with hands-on direct care support, including daily living activities like bathing and grooming. Maintain clinical program books, medication logs, and financial records through data collection and report preparation. Work evening and weekend shifts on a ratio of 3-4 days per week. This Full-Time role supports the NEEDS Center's mission to promote independence through Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Supervisory or lead experience
- Must have MAP Certification
- Must have a valid Mass or NH driver's license (or be able to get one in 60 days) and a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
