Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the building, including rest rooms, offices, conference rooms, and grounds. Pick up trash throughout the facility, clean entry mats, and handle laundry. Operate vacuum cleaners, electric scrubbing machines, and rug shampooing equipment while adhering to company policies and facility layout knowledge. Communicate with co-workers and business contacts in a professional manner. Pay close attention to detail regarding cleaning areas and methods. Function effectively as a team player to support Schuler's mission of providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests dining in the restaurant, pub, or banquet rooms.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of company policies and procedure
- Knowledge of various cleaning products
- Knowledge of facility layout and surroundings
- Skill in operating vacuum cleaner, electric scrubbing machine, rug shampooing machine
