Job Summary
Provide direction, training, supervision, and support to direct reports while delivering direct support to young people in care. Develop and implement individual care plans in consultation with caseworkers, lead team culture through regular clinical meetings, and ensure housing compliance with statutory standards and OCV/OCG requirements. Conduct inductions for new staff and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV Child, Youth, and Family Intervention (Residential Care)

- completion of online Hope and Healing Framework Foundational Training
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks
- valid drivers licence
