Job Summary
Oversee daily home operations, staffing schedules, and quality leisure activities while supervising and training individuals with intellectual disabilities. Manage medication administration, supply inventories, and household shopping to ensure safety and compliance with Chesterwye standards. Conduct weekly audits of service books, submit incident reports, and maintain accurate behavioral data and vehicle logs. Execute fire drills, water temperature checks, and monthly house meetings, responding promptly to emergency situations and internal communications. Maintain a valid driver's license and CMT certification, working flexible weekday and weekend shifts to support program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions in the last year
- CMT certification required
- Must be in good standing with the Maryland BON
- Must be in good standing with Dimensional
- Maintain a valid Driver's License
- Must be highly dependable and reliable
