Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Must be comfortable working from heights
• •Must be experienced in the use of various hand/air/power tools such as band saw and circular saw
• •Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• •Basic math skills
• •Effective oral and written communication skills
• •Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift
• •Must be able to exert moderate to heavy physical effort with lifting requirement up to 50 pounds
• •Must have strong range of motion
• •Must be able to sit, stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
• •Must be able to see, speak, hear, and read
• •Must be able to read instructions and all measuring devices
• •Must use fingers and hands to manipulate tools and small parts
• •Must be able to walk over both even and uneven surfaces
• •Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold
• •Must wear all required PPE
• •Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds
• •Must be able to work in tight quarters
• •Must have close vision, depth perception, the ability to see small detail, and the ability to adjust focus

Desired Qualifications

• •Must be comfortable working from heights – experience working in scissor lift man-basket is a plus
• •Welding experience is a plus but is not required
• •One to three years of related work experience and/or training
• •Mechanical aptitude a plus
