Job Summary
Serve as a frontline contact for house-brand inquiries via email, phone, web, and in-person interactions, professionally responding to and escalating complex technical requests. Follow up on sales leads from web inquiries, dealer requests, and trade shows while supporting quotes, product questions, and customer records for TecNec and Camplex lines. Build product knowledge to assist with data entry, report monitoring, and training materials, then review business systems for escalation or improvement opportunities. Participate in trade show planning, preparation, and attendance, including site visits and customer follow-ups. Maintain a professional approach with customers, sales staff, and vendors while adhering to company policies. Requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel for events, and a flexible schedule to cover customer-support needs.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service, sales support, retail, inside sales, technical support, or other frontline customer-facing experience
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person with a professional, service-oriented tone
- Base-level understanding of audio, video, data, fiber, copper, cable assemblies, connectors, or related technical products
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups, open questions, customer commitments, and multiple priorities
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive, accountable, resourceful, and able to ask good questions, gather facts, solve basic problems, and route issues appropriately
