Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standard: make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms. Replace linens and terry; restock amenities, collateral, and minibar (if applicable). Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report via work order system. Follow infection-control, chemical, and OSHA standards for safe room turnover. Secure guest property, follow lost & found procedures, and respect privacy/do-not-disturb policies. Meet productivity and quality inspection goals per shift.
