Job Summary
House Attendant assists the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors by collecting dirty linens, transporting to the laundry area, delivering clean linens to Room Attendant carts, and retrieving trash. Helps with the commercial laundry function and cleaning of public area spaces, exterior entrances, and parking areas. May be assigned special projects by the Housekeeping Manager and may regularly assist with deep cleaning. Duties include lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds, operating washers/dryers per hotel standards, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction, and coordinating with other shifts to maintain Sonesta Service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
