Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are regularly serviced. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests, handle luggage assistance, and manage lost and found items according to hotel standards. Set up and maintain lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events, while also cleaning and configuring meeting room functions. Operate the shuttle van when needed to transport guests. Submit daily assignment checklists and turn in keys and sheets to the supervisor at shift end. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and safety regulations throughout the PM shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
