House Attendant

Respond to guest requests and assist housekeeping in guest rooms and corridors. Tasks include filling carts with supplies, transporting carts, entering guest rooms following procedures for vacancy verification, replacing guest amenities and linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash and used items, inspecting room appliances, tidying desks and furnishings, dusting and polishing, vacuuming, and performing floor-care duties. Ensure adherence to company safety policies and confidentiality, greet guests professionally, assist guests with disabilities, communicate clearly, support team goals, and handle objects up to 25 pounds with or without assistance. Maintain professional appearance and follow safety and quality standards. Training and certifications may be required; perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
