Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, buffing surfaces, and shampooing carpets and furniture in the lobby. Set up and maintain complimentary lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, manage 'Lost and Found' items, and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end, complete daily checklists, and assist with emergency procedures during the overnight shift. Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
