Job Summary
Deep clean assigned public areas, buff floors, shampoo carpets and furniture, and maintain restrooms throughout the shift. Set up and maintain lobby functions including coffee service and nightly events, while delivering service items to guest rooms upon front desk requests. Drive the shuttle van when needed, handle luggage assistance, and manage Lost and Found items per brand standards. Approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner, ensuring proper uniform and grooming. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end, complete daily checklists, and assist in emergency procedures during overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
