Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restrooms are sanitized throughout the shift. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room equipment while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance, manage lost and found items, and drive the shuttle van when needed. Approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and grooming standards. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets, and assist with emergency procedures during the overnight shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
