Job Summary
Conduct deep cleaning of assigned public areas, buff and shampoo floors and carpets, and maintain the appearance of the lobby, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Set up and maintain complimentary lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Operate the shuttle van when needed, handle luggage assistance at check-in, and manage 'Lost and Found' items. Approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner and ensure proper equipment storage and maintenance. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets at shift end, and assist in emergency procedures during the overnight shift. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards for attendance, personal grooming, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
